This is very tricky. In order to align the pieces properly I used the electrodes themselves with the nylon shims in place to set the outside piece into place. Here after cleaning the parts with cleaner and applying cement I slid the electrode over the now completely dry inner piece cemented from the last step. Once in place I used a rod to push the piece down firmly into the end cap. Carefully I pulled up on the electrodes while continuing to push down on the piece until the electrode came out leaving the piece perfectly aligned into place. Before the cement completely dried I reinserted the electrode, but only partly, to be sure alignment had not moved. Once I was certain alignment was perfect and piece was firmly down onto the end cap I proceeded to the next step.
