Coating the top with epoxy blending it in with the inside and outside of the coil already coated from when it was flipped over. All of this, top and bottom, was done in one step before the epoxy began to harden. Once completely coated I will immediately place the toroid coil into the location inside the CPVC tube. Having test fitted the coil I know it will slide into place with no problem. This way the epoxy can harden sealing the windings and also immobilizing the toroid coil by epoxying it into place inside the unit.
