Still in the sun to speed up the curing rate of the JB Weld I've inverted the tubes to fill the open cavities with JB Weld where the stainless bolts for the electrical connections will be made. Before the JB Weld set up I snugged the nuts down so that the stainless washers pressed out any extra JB Weld. This won't come apart ever again, but this threaded end cap can easily be removed to replace these electrodes with future better designs or replacement electrodes. That center threaded hole will be for a drain valve.
