The plans tell us how to get the proper measurements for cutting the circular wafer pieces that will be cemented to the end cap holding the epoxy and electrodes, but it's up to us to figure out how to do it and maintain a decent degree of accuracy. The pieces need to be cemented together. However they tend to slip around out of position easily during positioning. Here I cemented the outer pieces together using PVC cleaner and cement. Once positioned properly I carefully used many small clamps to ensure a tight fit while the cement dries. I used the electrodes to position them for a clear photo.
