This is the water tank located on the shelf behind the rear seat. The purple arrow shows the clear tube I installed as a sight glass to show water level. I did this so I can tell if the water is low at a glance. The red arrow shows the check valve installed on the vent for the water tank. The check valve is positioned to allow air flow into the cell to prevent a vacuum, but shuts off is any flow goes out to prevent any HHO from leaking into the passenger compartment. This is an aquarium check valve which should do fine being away from any engine heat in this location. The yellow arrow shows the overflow bottle and the green arrow shows the bubbler. The tube leaving the bubbler goes to the engine compartment and connects to a vacuum line in the carburetor. The tube sticking out of the top is a fill tube.
