Here I've center punched the location for drilling the hole. If your drill bits are not sharp, you might be better off adding more distance than I did from the edge to compensate for possible drifting of the drill bit. Here at the corner there is a lot of distance from the neutral and positive plates so you have a lot of leeway for moving this hole in somewhat.
