In this configuration if the water tank is not over filled and has a good splash shield the overflow bottle may not even be necessary. Having the overflow bottle in place will help prevent electrolyte from entering the bubbler where it can be drawn into the engine. Note that the hose size increases as two tubes join to become one. Never allow the ID of the fittings to decrease in size as they travel upward toward the water tank. If two tubes join at a "T" fitting then the ID of the exit fitting must be larger than the two entering ID fittings to prevent a restriction.
