Here I've inserted the 8-32 bolt from below and ready to add the wing nut. It would be a really good idea to not over tighten these at this point. Just slightly snug. Once all are in place you can tighten them more if you feel the need. Hopefully you've added the positive lead to the center plate before getting this far.
