After putting sealant around the vent holes I allowed the sealant to dry about 15-20 minutes before assembly so the silicone would become somewhat firm so it wouldn't ooze into the vent holes. I aligned everything perfectly before proceeding to insert the vinyl tubes as you see here. I bolted it snugly in two places to maintain alignment first before beginning to insert the vinyl tubes. Once the vinyl tubes are inserted the 8-32 bolts can be inserted and snugged very slightly with the wing nuts. Don't forget to remove the first two you inserted to maintain alignment and insert the vinyl tube otherwise you'll probably have a ground out between the two cells.
