The length of the vinyl tube should be the distance from outside to outside of the cap plates so the assembly bolts cannot every come in contact with the cell plates. This will keep things separate and in this assembly we'll have two separate cells. We can turn on or off each cell depending how much HHO we need or we can pulse these two cells independently to increase efficiency.
